1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Aurix platform ("Platform") provided by VoLevant ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to any of these terms, you may not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

Aurix is a Point of Sale (PoS) Voice Observer service that:

  • Captures ambient voice conversations at the point of sale (without storing original audio)
  • Transcribes them using speech recognition technologies
  • Extracts actionable business insights

The Platform does not store any audio files — audio is processed in real time and then discarded, with only the extracted transcripts and insights being retained.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform. By downloading or using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and that legal incapacity does not prevent you from being bound by these terms.

4. Your Account and Obligations

When creating an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your login credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
  • Bear full responsibility for all activities under your account

5. Prohibited Use

You may not use the Platform to:

  • Engage in any unlawful purpose or violate these terms
  • Violate any person's privacy or unlawfully collect personal data
  • Run any automated system that extracts data without express permission from the relevant business operators
  • Unauthorized access to Company systems or other customers' data
  • Resell or sublicense the Platform without written permission from the Company

6. Intellectual Property

The Company retains all intellectual property rights related to the Platform, including but not limited to: software, designs, trademarks, and logos. You acquire no intellectual property rights through your use of the Platform unless expressly stated otherwise.

7. Confidentiality and Privacy

The Company is committed to protecting the confidentiality of your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. In processing voice data, you acknowledge and warrant that you have all necessary consents from individuals present at the point of sale ("the Shop") to use their data in the manner described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimer

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to: warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. The Company does not guarantee that the Platform will be error-free or continuously or securely available.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company and its officers, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to: loss of profits, data, goodwill, or use, arising from your use or inability to use the Platform.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company from any and all claims, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Platform or your violation of these terms.

11. Termination

The Company may terminate or suspend your access to the Platform immediately and without notice if we believe we have the right to do so, though we will provide notice when reasonably possible. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

12. Amendments to Terms

We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. You will be notified of any material changes by email or in-platform notice. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Jordanian courts.
